{Chrysler 300} Last minute items of interest for Pasadena Meet

Hello 300’ly to all!

	Just a few items to go over for the meet before Sunday.  If you are arriving early on Sunday if you are staying at the host hotel you can call ahead on Saturday to the hotel front desk and request an early check-in time.  Keep in mind they have 171 rooms to turn over and Saturday night is fully booked.  So please understand if they can not get you checked in early according to your request.
	There will be a check in table with the Meet hosts or assistants present in the hotel lobby to  present you with your registration packet.  The packet will contain the Meet overview, the bus assignments for Monday venues and Tuesday venues, name tags, and for registered club members their meet dash plaque and LETTER CARD JEOPARDY! information. The individual packets will have the recipient’s name along with spouse, etc. highlighted in yellow for their bus assignments.  This information will also be present on your name badges for constant referral.  The yellow dot will have a letter M with a number which is for Monday and your bus number.  There will be a light blue dot with a T for Tuesday with a bus number you are assigned.  On the reverse side will be a blank green dot denoting that you paid to attend the Awards Banquet. You will have a bus captain for each day. You may not be on the same bus number each day or have the same captain.  So pay close attention to the bus list.  Every effort was made to keep for use of a better term, entourages of family/guests grouped on buses with the club member that invited them. Please respect the list and not ask to be reassigned or take it on yourselves to swap buses.  The bus captains are responsible for accounting for everyone.  Monday buses have limits predicated on allowances to Leno’s Big Dog Garage. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU BE ON TIME ACCORDING TO YOUR SCHEDULE FOR GETTING CHECKED IN BY YOUR BUS CAPTAIN PRIOR TO BOARDING THE BUS. In route the bus captain will communicate what to expect at each venue and answer any questions.  We want to maximize your time at the venues and not waste it by spending more time than necessary getting people accounted for. IF YOU ARE AN ENTOURAGE PLEASE PRESENT TOGETHER TO YOUR BUS CAPTAIN SO AS TO KEEP YOUR GROUP TOGETHER FOR SEATING ON THE BUSES.
	There will be an orientation meeting at 7:30 pm on Sunday in the host hotel lobby.  Please read through your registration packet and this will be the time for clarification and answering any questions.
