{Chrysler 300} '59 wiring

Hello, everyone:
Repairing the wiring on E 292 and found this green/blue wire. It's wrapped in the original taped bundle but doesn't show on the manual wiring diagram. Any clue to its purpose or where it goes? Thanks.
