--From what I see of the pic’s, it’s a “plain jane” 64 sport convert.
The second digit “2” indicates that.
Those fender liners are not from a Ram car if that is what you are thinking,
Those are standard liners and are missing the rubber splash guards by the looks of it.

That's a 300 Sport. It has the fancy side trim where the 300K only has a painted double pin stripe.

I had a nice conversation with the owner today (Eddie - 708-288-6625) and he sent me some pictures which I've attached. I'm not familiar with the 1964 300 and I don't believe it is a 300K although it does have a "V 41 HP" stamped engine which according to 300 Club online documentation, might be correct for a 300K. If it isn't a 300K, what is it? Didn't Chrysler make a Silver Edition in 1964?
The VIN tag starts with "82" which isn't "84" which you'd expect for a 300K, it also doesn't have the console shifter, tachometer, and unfortunate the Body Tag is missing.
