{Chrysler 300} 1963-64 Ram car front brake drums

On my ram 300K, I'm missing the front brakes as the car was being converted to disc brakes. So I need spindles, steering arms, backing plates, shoes, hardware and drums.

While looking up the parts in the interchange book and parts book, I see that the 300J has the same drums as police. In 1964, they don't call out the ram 300K but do show the same drums again for police. I'm finding they are missing a lot of callouts for the ram K.

Does anyone know what the difference is? Or if there is a difference between ram K and 300J front drums?
