{Chrysler 300} F Ram Intake

Thank you to everyone for the advice on the exhaust. 

New question, can the ram manifold balance tube come off without removing the intake manifold[s]?  If so, are there any tricks to do this without destroying the rubber hoses that connect them to the manifolds?
