Tom, I have a 3 car garage and live in NH. I had mine done in 2018 with Garage Experts (https://www.garageexperts.com/location/merrimack-valley-nh ). They guarantee for life. I did mine gray with black & white speckles. The owner told me just don't let sit any industrial hydraulic fluid, clean that up immediately.
I had some issue with the aprons about two years ago due to the sun (I face west), called them and they came out at no cost sanded them down and re-applied. Looks like they did when they first applied.
I usually take all my cars out in the fall and spring, sweep the floor (and find those tiny washers I dropped), wash the floor with some industrial liquid soap, go over with a brush and then just hose that off. All the salt, dirt etc is gone.
Hope this helps....John

I think this topic is consistent with list serve policy. Am refinishing the garage where I store my 300. Wondering about experience with concrete polishing vs epoxy etc.
I live in New England and worry about surfaces exposed to salt in winter. The back half of my garage will be for my 300 (not used in winter) and the front half for daily driver. Would like both to look great.
Any recommendations?
Tom
