I am asking to learn if anyone had re-chromed these on their car. My local plater does not do pot metal.

Does anyone know what type of metal the rear fender trim is made of on a 64? Pot metal, brass,...???

 

Kind of shabby, and the front studs appear to have been pulled down too tightly.
