RE: 65 steel wheels - what color?

My 63 Fury 2dr Hardtop had hub caps and body colored wheels. (red).  My 
brothers 65 Dodge 440 had full wheel covers and black wheels,, course,, the 
car was black......not much help there (VBG).  However,, I remeber Dad's 65 
and 66 Furys with wheel covers had black wheels, as did my 64 880,, and both 
64 New Yorkers.   I think the body colored wheels were a product of the hub 
cap cars.  Come to think of it, my neighbor had a 65 Dodge 2dr sedan with a 
hemi,, it had hub caps and body colored wheels. Shoulda bought that 
one...........
