an agreement with Dodger- psi is only good for telling engine cyl balance..
Is all cyls. wearing equally...or to find the worn cyl with maybe a burnt
valve or hole in the piston..

compression is the amount of squeeze the piston is making on the fuel & air
mix. There you have to know the bore of the cyl. & stroke of the crank ,rod
length,height of the piston deck in relation to the wrist pin.

just a few more variables...
