Neal, I had mine done by Somer's Machine Shop in Vancouver, WA (360)
699-5205. He is a racer and does excellent work. Has a dyno and does complete
machining work. He is a Chebby guy, but anything he builds is top notch. He
milled .155 off my crank counterweights and put a 1/8" chamfer on them, turned the
mains from 2.750" to 2.625", magged, deburred and glass beaded the crank.
Cost just over 300.00. (I don't know it that's the best deal around, but he was
recommended my local machinist, Ed @ Castle Rock Machine - Castle Rock, WA.
(360) 274-6651. Ed is a hard core mopar racer from the 50's. He is old school
and does not have the latest equipment, so he recommends Somer's to do the
stuff he can't. Joe
