The 8-3/4 center chunks are interchangeble right up thru 72 I believe except 
pre-64 units with wider thrust-blocks, were 1/8-1/4" wider than later 
models, used different axle shafts.  59-63 had wider blocks, 64-70 narrow 
blocks.  All captured in a tech article on the Autohobby Digest website,
