If the engine is still in the car, and it happens to be a stick, you have all the tools you need to loosen it up, just fill the cylinders with WD or whatever brand you are going to use, let sit a couple of days, and after that every time you go by the car, violently rock the car back and forth while in gear, if it is not rusted to bad in the cylinders, it will eventually break loose. If it is an auto trans. you will probably have to buy a crankshaft socket, remove the harmonic balancer, and with a long breaker bar try turning the crank both directions.
