Most any rust penatrant will work, every one has their own preference as to 
which one is best, but basically they are all the same.  If the engine is still 
in the car, and it happens to be a stick, you have all the tools you need to 
loosen it up, just fill the cylinders with WD or whatever brand you are going 
to use, let sit a couple of days, and after that every time you go by the car, 
violently rock the car back and forth while in gear, if it is not rusted to 
bad in the cylinders, it will eventually  break loose.  If it is an auto trans. 
you will probably have to buy a crankshaft socket, remove the harmonic 
balancer, and with a long breaker bar try turning the crank both directions.  Either 
way, after it is broke loose, you will have a 99% chance that you will need 
to rebuild the engine, as the problem was more than likely the rings are rusted 
to the cylinder walls, and after breaking loose will never reseat to them, as 
well as the chance of scratching the walls.
