Hi Andy and Joey, The small flex plate works for the smaller
convertors(about 10-1/2" and down) and the larger flex plates work with the
larger stock type convertors. I believe the B & M round flex plate is cut
for both. But they are about $80.00, where the Mopar Performance is about
$25.00.
You can buy both sizes at Mopar Dealers. And Andy, you can use the B&M shift
kit with the older transmission. Be sure to use a filter (or cut yours) that
has two holes (one for each pump).

Andy, one thing I forgot, The mopar performance flexplates are listed for
race converters, that's probably why the smaller diameter t/c bolt holes.
Probably need an 11" converter or smaller. Thats what I'm thinking anyway.
Let me
know how it works with an 11" one as I haven't saved the $$$ for the
Dynamic's yet. Anyone else using these? Help to the second power....Joe
