Well, I'm thinking my dual-quad 1000 cfm setup on my Poly is a bit much, so I'm going to go back to the single-plane Weiand Stealth.  I have an Edelbrock 600 cfm and a Holley 600 cfm, but wonder if a 750 would be better.

I'll take the advice of list members as to their carb preference - or any other advice you guys might have.
