I ordered one at NAPA but the shaft is much longer then mine. about 21/2 inches and mine is almost flush with the mounting bracket. The other problem I am having is getting the rear power window motor out , the window is in the up postion and doses not move and I can not get the last screw out without moving the window down. How can I get it down if the motor will not work? Thanks Frank Frank, You probably already checked this, but just in case: Sometimes the reason the window doesn't work is not the motor but the switches or the wiring. Try unpluging the motor and running 12 volts directly to the motor leads, making sure it's also grounded. If that doesn't do it, try 24 volts momentarily; this sometimes can move a stuck motor a little. Good luck.
