Your first priority is the arrows. Now, hold a piston with the arrow
pointing to your left, and look at the top of it. Turn it 180 degrees and
note that the valve reliefs are in the same place, and should be of equal
size for universal fit. If you're not sure of your eye, hold one in the
block and use a magic marker to index the relief and arrow locations. Get
crafty and use a black marker for one direction and a red marker for the
other. There should be no difference.
