 If you are starting off with a completely empty system, I don't think
you should worry about bench bleeding in the beginning. You should mount
the master in the car, fill with brake fluid, then gravity bleed the
lines and allow the wheel cylinders to fill. If you bench bleed first,
the first time you push the petal, then release, you have sucked air back
into the master, and you will have to re-do the bench bleed again. At
least if you are able to fill the lines and cylinders first, you won't be
drawing air back into the master. Seems like a pain to have to go back
and bench bleed, after the system is full, but this should work a lot
better in the long run. Then you can pressure bleed as normal.    Tom in
