1. the original swaybar for the 65 B-bodys was attached in the front under the K-frame very much the same way the later ones with brackets and rubber bushings. the ends attach to the strut rods using clamps around rubber bushings and don't usea an end link setup like most modern swaybars. this bar is relatively hard to find in good shape. the newer style swaybars with endlinks are available for your car through many aftermarket manufacturers. the only problem there is that the original lower control arms don't have a perch to mount the end links to. the lower control arms off any B-body up to 1970 are the same and you would just need to find a set from a car with a sway bar and go from there. Does anybody make the stock swaybar in the aftermarket? I was told at one time the sway bar offa 66 charger is the right size and only requires the correct lower control arms. I believe it it PST that makes a bolt on set of perches for the end links. I haven't used them or seen them on a car so i can't attest to that.

2. Many aftermarket springs and even MOPARS are being made in Mexico and haven been of questionable quality as of late. Many list menbers have touted the bennifits of having your springs rearched as an alternative and were even able to have specific hights and specifications done to them this way at a cost that was about the same.

Hi Everyone,

I tried to search the list for info on this subject but no luck.
I would like to install a swaybar on the front of my 65 Belvedere 1 to
help with body roll.Any advice or comments are appreciated.Where are the
tight spots ? Any where to see how its installed ? Brand ? Etc.
One other question. Are SS Springs supposed to have a lot of give to
them? I am starting to think I might need new ones.

Thanks,Tom
