Hi Neal!
               The 63  Dodge 330 post sounds good.
The number I sent was the "service number from the parts book, for the motor
, to date I have never seen a part number embossed on any wiper motor ,
there are  part numbers e on the links to the pivots but never the motor or
the gear case. I even checked my spares today and no numbers on the
motors.(Thought I missed something so I checked....)  Thats why its so
important to tag what you remove , I mark everything with a paint pen as to
its origin.
The single speed swap is easy, the whole wiper harness cones right out and
the single speed motor / link arms motor support will drop in along with the
interconnecting wiring, all you have to disconnect/ reconnect is the 12v
feed.
Don't worry about the part numbers unless you're going the NOS route for
parts but here they are.....
The part number for the single speed motor is 2495200. The part number for
the single speed switch is 2426136.
The single speed wipers don't have an elaborate parking mechanism and as a
result do not actually park "off glass"  as do the variable speed. The
single speed wiper  blade position  are adjusted with the parking switch
first to get them to their lowest position , then  the arms are removed and
repositioned so they are about 1" from the moulding. The single speed wiper
motor parking switch is bypassed by the switch when the motor is turned on
once the switch is turned off , the motor simply cycles until it hits the
parking switch which shuts down the motor, by that time the blades are down
near the moulding.
The variable speed motors actually reverse and use an eccentric on the
linkage to "shorten" the linkage and park the wipers right off glass (up
against the moulding).
The field windings are held in by the screws you see on the outside of the
motor housing , maybe some are pressed in , I've never had to rewind one.

      meant 2 say wiper motor, but looking back at my post on 62-65 i
      just said "wiper". Anyhoo, if it is the wiper motor numeber I am
      way off, none of mine match that.
    Anyway, since my cars supposed to be stripped down   , i have
    decided to use a one speed motor. I found the whole set up in a 64
    Dodge 440 four door, motor, linkage, switch.Guess I have to
    eliminate some wires.
 Do you
   happen  to know
the part number of the 1 speed motor for 64 dodge? Just to make sure its
right .
   When i got home from the junkyard i got curious about what was inside
   a wiper motor. i took the 1 speed apart to look at the condition of
   stuff. It actually looks prettty good. Brushes looked good, as well
   as the bushings. the spot where the brushes ride ( is that called the
   commutator?), was smooth, not grooved.  Gear was in excellent shape.
How do you
get the windings out of the case, looks like they are kind of clamped in
with a sort of tooh-edged band.

Just for laughs yesteday i took apart a single speed wiper motor and a
  variable speed wiper motor, just to get some sort of visual fix on how
  they work. My question is : in the variable speed I could see what i
  guesss is a park mechanism- a nifty little swinging cam eccentric
  doo-hicky, pretty ingenios, BUT!!!, heres the question, how do the
  single speed wipers park? i could see no provision for that.
