The thing to remember about dipping is that you'll have to totally reseal the car as all your seam sealer will be washed away.

How should i strip my car down?
   How many  of u evr had a car dipped?
I went out and talked to the local dipper, and get this, I still have to
disc off all the factory finish, he says the stripper doesnt take off

the factory color on Mopars after about 1965.I do like the idea of the
stuff getting in everywhere and killing the rust tho'.
  What about soda blasting? I have always heard sand blasting will
  warble panels, but what about soda?
