I use a friends HF setup. It works nicely. I have done all the suspension for my 65 with it. We bake it all it a electric house hold oven.

Iv'e been following this with intrest. I never tought of grounding the blast gun itself,will do that before I use it again.I used to pre heat parts on my wood stove to remove eccess moisture from the part before blasting.After blasting some aluminum parts,I painted them with red engine enamel and put them back on the stove to dry.I over cooked them to the point that the paint turned black! But guess what... that finish was VERY durable and glossy. Kind of a poor man's powder coat. Does anyone have a powder coat system??? How do you like it???
