According to the owner it's supposed to be a Formula S. It does not run and would need pretty much a complete resto; however the price is pretty decent considering the condition. I'm not that familiar with the Formula S but do know it would have the special valve covers, 4 barrel carb, chrome air cleaner, and dual point distributor (it doesn't have a dual point but a single point distributor.
