Already checked with Brewers they do not produce a z-bar for the 1964
V-8 Plymouth Valiants

It appears that the torque shaft (Z-Bar) is the same for a /6 as the 
v-8.  If you can't find one locally, try Brewer's in Ohio who makes 
reproductions.  They advertise in most of the Mopar magazines and their 
stuff looks good.
