An oval shape is probably the best to have if you only need one. It will load up with aluminum if you don't put grease on it. Some use atf or even wd 40 on the bits. They come in different lengths, but about a 4" is all you need for gasket matching. The longer the bit, the more $$$. The shafts are 1/4" in diameter, so your Dremel will need a 1/4" collet. I use a cheepo air die grinder ($25). Works slow, but works.
