Are fuel pumps interchangable for poly 318's and 340's?). This poly engine runs a little rough but does run with either old or new pump. Perhaps you should take the pump off and see if its stiff or not. ----- Original Message ----- From: Skagdrager@xxxxxxx Sent: Monday, January 03, 2005 9:49 PM To: 1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxx Subject: Bad fuel pump? [AD removed for archives] ------------------------------------------------------------------- Get a Holy Bible for FREE! caacYkCbOlZxua/PermissionData ------------------------------------------------------------------- Can anyone give me an answer on this? Sometimes while idling my 62 poly 318, the see-thru fuel filter is completely full of fuel. Other times, I can see the fuel pulsing into the filter so slowly it only keeps it 1/4 full (and when it is doing this, even reving the engine doesn't increase the slow flow in). Is there something wrong with my fuel pump or is this normal? Thanks for any help.
