I don't know about PAW but I just had a 440 built for my 65 Sat. I bought  
the motor complete that came out of a 73 motor home for $400. One of the heads  
had a crack that the machine shop was able to weld, they put a steel crank in  
new pistons, rods, cam, valves, etc, and balanced every thing, it cost 
$3,400.  Hopefully this info will help.
