I think those kind of thoughts are part of what makes us like old cars, 
and it's also a side effect of getting older, I believe. I tell my wife 
that I don't really OWN my Polara, I'm just the current caretaker of it 
till I can no longer drive it and in that time if I can make it a better 
car for the next owner, it's a labor of love. That's the story I tell my 
wife and I'm sticking to it!!
