Pick up trucks didnt have to have them for certain GVW's until 79. Thats
how Chrysler was able to build the 78 Little Red Express trucks. They
skirted the emission laws by putting the engine into a truck.
In 79, the Govt. closed that door. 1979 Little Red do not make as much
power as the 78s. The 79's had cats.
