Dart heater core

Hi Group,
The heater core on my 62 Dart has disintegrated.  No one can repair it, and
the manufacturer (Ranko) isn't making them anymore, and also won't repair
it.  It's a Ranko type H-16 with an O-ring style bolt on.
Any suggestions?
