OK, I took the liberty of going out and measuring this for you. I did the best I could and this is what I've found out: the cees on the Polara might be slightly longer than the 330 (its really hard to tell when all you got is a measuring tape.) so that means there might be a gap (no more than an 8th of an inch) but you should be able to pull off compensating for it. Now, the main difference is the bottom of the cee where it curves around and points back towards the rear of the car. The part that tapers on the Polara is one piece with the cee. While on the 330 its two. So if you do this, you'll have to make sure the 330 cee comes with that extra little piece at the bottom. Ok? Glad if I helped in anyway.

i want the simple 330 trim for the side of my polara.
   theres a pair of the front cee-shaped pieces on ebay,  
     my question is will the other  polara trim I have hook in to this
     by just getting rid of the spear-head piece or not.
    does anybody out there have these cees they would/could part with
