I am putting together a 383 and need an answer. Installing roller rockers. When the push rod just touches the rocker, my friend says to tighten the adjustment screw 1 full turn past that point, my son says when the push rod just touches the rocker to back off 3/4 of a turn. They are 1.6 CAT roller rockers. Who is right?
