The slant 6 4 speed was first offered in 64.  Transmission is the 833 and 
used the ball & trunnion (both in 64 & 65).  For 66 it was changed to a slip 
yoke.  I just parted out a 65 Signet hardtop (Signet was top trim level). 
It was a ball to drive with the 4 speed.  Motor and transmission are going 
in my 65 Signet convert (slant 6 3 on the tree).  Check out www.slantsix.org

articles concerning the 833.
