I just parted out a late 65 Dart GT and it had the Hurst.  I've also got an 
original 273 4 speed 65 Barracuda - has the Hurst also.  Last year I 
obtained a 66 A Body 833 with shifter and handle - also a Hurst unit.  IIRC 
the Inlands were used on B and maybe C Bodies 66-68.  Friend of mine in MI 
has a 68 Fury III convert 383 4 speed and his is the Inland.
