I don't see why not. A 360 is the same size physically as a 273/318/340. You'd have to use an externally balanced flywheel though. From what I've read you'll probably have to use the 64/66 exhaust manifolds, although I've heard of modifng 68-up A Body 340 manfolds (driver's side).

Hey guy's, I hate to bother you again, but will a 1971 360 fit into a 65 used to be V-8, 4-speed trans., and what is it worth in your alls opinion?

I'm curious...were max wedges carbs progressive or synched ? In that vein...are A & A Trans. intakes set up for which way ?
