I had one in a 69 RoadRunner Hemi drag car.  Great for the strip.  Wouldnt 
want one on the street tho.  If you hesitate a moment in neutral, then snap 
it to the next gear, it doesnt scratch too bad.  It will shift without a 
clutch, but I found a slight feather of the throttle was helpfull for a 
faster shift.  Dang thing sounded like an automatic it was so fast !!
