Perhaps it had to do with if and when the undercoating was applied and 
by whom.I've seen more Plymouth's that way than Dodges,even Dodges with 
undercoating and Plymouth's without it.

Another incorrect resto item is painting the bottom of the car body 
color and not the gray primer color that was correct.
