nope.  the "behind the grille black out" was used on all cars, except 
those that were body color black, dark green, or dark blue.  

my 63 Dodge 330 was a stripped down 330 wagon,  body color white, with
the black out, my 64 Dart is beige car with the black out.  same goes
for my 67 Dart GT (gold).  

I was advised that the correct color was semi-gloss black.  after
applying that color to the blackout area on my 63 Dodge, and comparing
it to what was there before and what is on my 64 Dart,  I think 
semi-gloss is the correct color.
