If it hasn't been answered yet,try a new or known for sure to be good,spark plugs. I know high compression or over rich conditions,even though the plug may look good it WILL NOT FIRE.
 
I was enlightened to gas fouling by my mentor years ago and it proved true for me as well. Good Luck David
