every nut and bolt off. I  should wright a book on all the lessons learned, 
where to get good quality  advice and parts. Anyway, I have a 4 - speed in my 
car. The same cross member  works for the auto and stick. I purchased a quality 
poly tranny mount from  Schumacher's in Washington. They can be reach at 
206/364/7151. I also bought  there poly motor mounts. Headers TTI, perfect fit all 
the way !  thanks
