That is NOT Racer Browns cam site! No wonder I didnt understand what you were saying. My apologies. 
That is Don Goulds from Portland Oregon of 318 barracuda fame. Don used to be list member here.  
I dont think there is a Racer Brown cam site. At least not that I am aware of. 
I just phone or wrote him when i need something. 
This site has nothing to do with Racer Brown directly. it is a private parts sellers site. 
I turned DonG onto Racer Brown products. 
The 1.5 1.6 thing is his idea and comes from his chevy friends I suspect as it is standard proceedure for SB Chevies. 
Hardly fair to blame Racer B for Don Gs web site.  He (RB )doesnt sell rockers or springs etc , just cams and lifters. He custom grinds them as you order for your specific application so he can adjust lobe centres and lift rates to you engine and combination. .
