nope i wasnt saying i was going to go  out and find an a999.  I have the
904 in my car behind the 273, and I plan on using that, with maybe a
shift kit installed for giggles.
  I was more or less just asking the group what exactly an a999 is? what
  did they come in?
    The MP manual was just strictly talking drag racing anyway.
      Nor do i want to chop my driveline down for a 727. I believe that
      the 904 will hold up just fine behind a small block in a street
      car.
   I am slowly  getting the KISS principle, or as Earl said , " put down
   the visa card and slowly  step away from the summit catalog."
