Ah, just to understand, you are talking about the tag on the driver's 
side inner fender near the battery?   

Is that where the Canadian vin tags are placed?  

On US cars the tag near the battery is the body tag. The '62 to '65 US 
Mopar vin tag is on the driver's door pillar.
