Hi,

The Canadian cars that I have owned or looked at had a fender tag on the 
inner fender near the battery.  It is screwed in place with two phillips 
head screws.  It is aluminum with black paint.

The VIN tag is glued on the drivers door pillar almost half way up the 
door (between the hinges).
