Bob,
You should have ordered the bolts from A&A also. They are allen head that come in 2", 2 1/4", and 2 1/2" lengths. You can probably buy them locally I guess but why hassle?
You'll also need a 6 cylinder throttle cable and a throttle bracket. The gaskets should be stock 440 port. Use silicone on the ends. Your stock coil bracket should work. 
Did the linkage come with the bell crank? If not, you'll need one of those too. I found the Hemi bell crank works and the Max Wedge doesn't, at least for me, it went that way.
I know all this because I'm running their crossram also.
