I haven't seen any repros of them, but they're not too uncommon.  I've 
grabbed 2 for my '65.  The first I paid waaaay too much because I got 
excited and had never seen one before.  The second I got for almost 
nothing at a swap.  ($30).  
   The real score I have is the dealer Sales binder from '65.  It's got 
all the models in 3 binders, paint chips, cloth samples, etc.  Pretty 
cool.  
   You should be able to contact Bisho and get a parts book for '63, so 
don't spend too much on a '65 if you don't need it.
