Each louver trim piece has a different PN and the trim package calls for 
12 washers and 12 *clips* -- not nuts.

Washer = 6022 013
Clip = 6000 808

Interestingly, the trim pieces on the other '63 Plymouths *do* use nuts 
to attach the ornamental trim piece placed between the rear window & 
side window quarter outside panel.
