I'll second that emotion, Hagerty has their hat on straight. I had 1 car on American Collector Car insurance and they wanted to limit my annual mileage and wanted a fresh odometer reading each year as a condition of renewing. I put another car on Hagerty and got a lower rate for same agreed value and told me they didn't care how much I drove it. They also counselled me to put antique plates on in Michigan where they are actively campaigning to liberalize the state's mileage limitations on the historic tags which cost $30 for 10yrs and take $130/yr in Michigan Catastrophic Claims charges off my insurance so in 10yrs I will save $290 on plates and a whopping $1300 on insurance. McKeel Hagerty is an avid car collector, might have some bearing on how he treats car collectors...

No brainer here.I quoted Hagerty 5000 miles a year with the same policy
limits(high $$$) as I have on my personal vehicles.$530/yr. with State
Farm vs $160 with Hagerty. And the peace of mind that if I get totalled
again by another teen-ager,I won't get $2450 for a $20K car.Something
else to think about.
