Gary,

I've never called these guys, but the Flatlander Racing "online catalog" 
shows the following listing:

99590  CHRYSLER  426W  1963-1964  $720

Don't know if they can accomodate the .030 over bore, and it doesn't 
look "stock," but it's a place to start (?)
