Re: Early 273 Commando intake



The face of the intake that attaches to the heads has
an angle that is about 12 degrees differant that the
later designs. 

You can make it work if you mill the manifold. I did
this once, seems like it was about .030 that has to
come off of the ends and about .020 of the sides at
the correct angle to make it work. Also I modiifed the
plenemum chamber to make remove the devider.

I found... long story short, that the 2 plane
manifolds with a torker added plate work best on the
steet.
