Gary,
    I believe the fuse in the fusebox is not the feed,  but is just the fuse 
for power coming out of the headlite switch as it is going  to the panel. Be 
sure all the dashpanel screws are in and tight....at least one  of them is the 
ground for the dash lights. Dan Jenks
